All the orders are delivered free in the Mainland UK. We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order. We’ll let you know by email when your order has been sent.
After you have placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our team on 0151 428 7992 or email us on email@example.com.
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Saturday between 9am and 6pm. If you are not in at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

If you’re shopping with us online you are covered by the Consumer Contract Regulations. This means you are entitled to a refund if the quality of your order does not meet your expectations.
You must return the products in brand new condition with all original packaging, with any labels still attached. Packages that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in an undamaged and unused condition. We will not except returns due to wrongly measured on our made to measure products as these are bespoke products. We’re sorry, but items not returned in original packaging cannot be accepted.
You may send back items for return within 14 days of delivery for refund or replacement. Please contact us with your order number if you wish to return any products on email@example.com.
Once we receive your product as per above, we will process your refund. Your return parcel should contain:
The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition.
Your invoice and a note stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods.
You will need to pay for the postage for any unwanted items. However, we will refund your postage charges if we have made a mistake in our sending to you, or if the item received is faulty or unusable.
We cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post after you have sent them for return. It is your responsibility to make sure items are securely packaged, and obtain a proof of posting. Please allow at least seven days for your goods to reach us.
